Solanki Sidhraj Jaisingh
established a city named Sidhapur Pattan. His Son Kumarpal adopted Jainism in
V. 1160. Kumarpal’s son Narvan had no son. Narvan requested Bhattarak to give a
blessing of begetting a son Dhaneshwar Suri, invoked Ambamata. When Ambamata
appeared, Suriji requested the Devi to bless Narvan with son. Narvan converted
him-self and became an Oswal. Dhaneshwar Suri namedhis gotra Shripati.
In
this family there was a king named Telpadji. He built Jain temples in 16
village. When Telpadji decided to build the first temple, the architect told
him to use oil instead of water in filling the soil of the foundation. The
family of Telpadji is thus named Tilora.
In
the 28th pedigree there was one person named sarangdasji in V. 1717.
He was residing at Phalodi. His business had spread all over India. Once he
went to Sindh (Pakistan). The Ameer of Sindh gave him the title of Dhadh (a
brave and determined man). So his family was named Dhadh Kuldevi of these
gotras is Ambaji.

His
father Shri Tiloksee Dhadha was resident of Bikaner. He opened a shop of
jewellery in Hyderabad (South) named as M/S Amarsee Sujanmal. This firm earned
its name and fame both. It was a trustworthy firm. It is said that Nizam
of Hyderabad used to purchase his total
Jewellery from this shop. For the safety of his shops and residence Nizam had
deputed 100 soldiers as his guard. His suits were accepted by the Courts without
Court Fee and time limit. His three sons died and the fourth son Shri
Sameermalji also had no son, so he adopted Udaimalji.

He
was son of Udaimalji. He was born on V. 1926. He established his many banking
and business offices at Madras, Calcutta, Silhat, and in many cities of Punjab.
The Nizam of Hyderabad and the Kings of many States gave respect to him.
British Government had awarded him the title of ‘CIE’ (Sitare Hind)
He
built the ‘Toran Dwar’ (main gate) of Karnimata Temple of Deshnokh. Costing
three and half lacs of rupees, which is phenomenal.

Shri Gulabchand-Jaipur
He
was born at Jaipur in 1867. His father Sagarchand died early. His brother
taught him. He passed his B.A. examination from Calcutta University in 1889 and
M.A. from Allahabad University. Then he was appointed Munsiff. He was also
Chief Superintendent of Khetri State. He was also appointed Minister in the
Court of British Agent. He was appointed Accountant General of Bikaner State,
Member of Court of Wards of Gwalior State, Special Officer of Basunda (Gujrat)
and at last Divan of Zabuva.
He
was founder of all India Jain Swetamber Conference. He was elected the
President of all India Jain Youth Conference, Maharashtra Jain Swetamber
Conference, Ahemdabad, Atmanand Jain Gurukul, Gujranawala. He was also elected
president of Oswal Mahasammelan of Calcutta in 1937. He had a good command on
Hindi, English, Urdu, and Farsi. Language. Shri Sidhraj Dhadha was his son.

He
established his business at Indore. Maharani Ahilyabai was much pleased with
him. It is said that he was her Dharm – Bhai.

He
was son of Seth Badanmalji of Phalodi but adopted to Seth Udaimalji. He had
presented a neckless to the Maharaja of Bikaner, so Maharaja excused his excise
and a garden in the way of Pushkar. He donated a good sum to the Victoria
Hospital, Ajmer. British Government honoured him for his deed s and gave a
title of ‘Raibahadur’ in 1895. He was the banker of States and the Residencies.
He died in V. 1960.

He
was third son of Seth Amarseeji Tilokseeji. He was a famous banker. It is said
that there arose some conflict with the Bank of Bangal at that time he issued a
number of Hundies to the Bank of Bengal. At last the position of Bank of Bengal
became so critical that it refuse to make payments. He owned a very valuable
Daimond, hundred soldiers were always on duty for the safety of this priceless
possession diamond Nizam Hyderabad created a special Court for conductiong only
his cases named ‘Majlise Sahuban’ No stamp fee was charged for his cases, aqnd
there was no question of time limit.

He
was born in V. 1924. He was Hakim of Nagpur in V. 1939. He was auditor of
Krishna Mills Beawar between 1889 to 92. In V. 1956 he Superintendent of
Customs. Maharaja Jalimsingh was much pleased with him. He retired in 1926.
After retirement he was Manager of Riyan.
